All goods are returnable but have to strictly compliance with our policy below:
- Product return request is eligible for wrong or defective item sent and must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
- Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, MyCyberSale or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing.
Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
After your return goods are verified and considered eligible to refund, You can choose one of the following refund options:
- Exchange your item for different item with same/lower price.
- A full refund to your Store Credits. (Sold goods are not eligible to refund cash or Credit/Debit Card, only Store Credits allowed)
- Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent.
